DAY-OF COORDINATION - $695

Do you prefer to do the bulk of the planning yourself, and then pass it off to our planner to follow through with your vision? 

We've got you covered! 

  • sending out a questionnaire to the couple upon booking 
  • creating a detailed timeline of the day and sharing with vendors
  • ensuring all vendors are arriving on time
  • keeping all bridal party, vendors, and guests to the schedule
  • moving guests from cocktail hour to the reception at the appropriate time
  • assisting bridal party going down the aisle in order, with bouquets in the proper location
  • odds and ends as necessary per bride, groom, or their family
  • securing cards and gifts in a safe pre-determined location half way through the reception
  • final walk through of venue to ensure nothing of value is left behind
  • dispersing of any tips and/or final payments on behalf of the bride and groom
  • assisting in sparkler distribution and lighting for sparkler exit
  • use of the emergency wedding briefcase if necessary
